According to DIBS E-Commerce Survey 2011, based on interviews with 9,000 consumers, European e-commerce market grew 14% in 2011. Despite the economic crisis E-commerce continues to grow rapidly and 74% of the consumers plan to maintain or increase their online consumption during the upcoming year. The e-market is estimated to amount to 213 billion euros in 2011. Integration with social networks is on the rise and provide retailers with new channels for successful selling.
